Ace Young Mediation Services strives to maintain competitive fees. If a mediation is continued, or significant pre or post mediation services are required, the parties will be advised and charged the regular hourly rate for time expended by the mediator to facilitate an attempted resolution of the matter. ?
Mediation time is scheduled by the hour at $250/hour, with a minimum of 2 hours. Block scheduling is also available at $600 for a 4 hour block. The first block is from 8:00am - 12:00pm. The second block is from 1:00pm - 5:00pm, or any other 4 hour continuous time period. Additional time will be billed at $250/hour.
FORCLOSURE MEDIATIONS:
Regular forclosure mediations are billed by a flat fee. The fee is determined by the county in which the mediation is to be conducted. Please contact us for more specific county fees.
Payment is to be made at the begining of each mediation session and shall be divided equally by the parties, unless prior arrangnement have been made. All fees are to be paid in cash or certified funds. Checks are to be made payable to Ace Young.
Cancellation Fee:
Should the parties cancel the mediation within the five business days prior to the scheduled mediation session, and not reschedule with Ace Young Mediation Services for another session to take place within four weeks, a cancellation fee shall apply. This fee is equal to the minimum fee charged for a session, or $500, and will be charged to the party who cancels the mediation or to each party equally if the cancellation is by mutual agreement.
