Ace has extensive business experience in the financial services industry along with owning several successful small businesses.  He either currently holds or has held licenses which includes a mortgage brokers license, a series 6 and 63 security licenses, several insurance licenses along with a variable annuity license. As a mortgage broker he sold, help process and close 1st and 2nd mortgages along with unsecured loans.  Ace is a former school teacher and school administrator in the area.  He has worked with local and state officials in the formation and rewriting of many education laws in the state of Florida concerning public charter schools.  In the local community, Ace is very involved and volunteers his expertise to many charitable organizations.
